Here, highly‐oriented poly(m‐phenylene isophthalamide)/polyacrylonitrile multi‐walled carbon nanotube (PMIA/PAN‐MWCNT) composite nanofiber membranes with excellent mechanical strength and thermal stability are successfully produced using electrospinning. It is demonstrated that the cooperation of multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) and high‐speed rotating collection is beneficial to the acquisition of highly oriented fibers and effectively improves the mechanical strength of the membrane along the orientation direction. Specifically, the tensile stress of poly(m‐phenylene isophthalamide)/polyacrylonitrile (PMIA/PAN) membrane is enhanced significantly from 10.6 to 20.7 MPa, benefiting from the highly oriented alignment of the fibers as well as the reinforcing effect of MWCNTs on the fibers. Furthermore, the stressing process of single fiber and fiber aggregates is carefully simulated, and the influence of MWCNTs on the mechanical properties of PMIA/PAN‐MWCNT membranes is analyzed comprehensively, providing a meaningful auxiliary means for the study of mechanical properties. In addition, the composite nanofiber membrane has the advantages of both PMIA and PAN, possessing high temperature resistance, flame‐retardancy, and chemical stability, for an ideal high‐temperature material. In short, the as‐prepared PMIA/PAN‐MWCNT composite membrane with excellent comprehensive property emerges a promising application in many fields, especially in high‐tech. 相似文献

煤泥水中含大量高岭石等黏土矿物,为其絮凝沉降带来较大的困难。为明确矿物性质对凝聚过程的影响机制,在应用扩展的DLVO理论计算煤和高岭石颗粒间作用力的基础上,采用聚焦光束反射测量仪监测了CaCl2用量为4.50 mmol/L时20 g/L的煤和高岭石的悬浮液在60, 100和150 r/min的搅拌转速下的凝聚过程。结果表明,颗粒间的静电作用力在颗粒表面间距2?200 nm范围内起主导作用,高岭石的电负性较大,在凝聚过程中更难发生靠近和碰撞;较高的转速可为颗粒提供较大的动量,有利于提高碰撞频率,缩短完成凝聚所需时间,实验条件下,煤和高岭石的凝聚时间分别由74和123 s缩短至47和89 s。疏水性作用力在颗粒表面间距小于2 nm的范围内起主导作用,决定了颗粒的黏附效率;煤因强疏水性,在碰撞后更易黏附,且能抵抗更高的流体剪切作用,可由19.32 μm凝聚形成100 μm的大凝聚体,而高岭石则因其亲水性难以得到较大粒度的凝聚体,均小于30 μm。 相似文献

针对流体输送埋地管道泄漏问题,设计了一种利用管道机器人携带封堵气囊进行快速应急封堵修复的埋地管道泄漏内封堵装置。采用矩阵变换方法建立了牵引系统驱动轮过弯方程,利用MATLAB软件对过弯方程进行了验证,同时利用ADAMS软件仿真分析过弯路径与驱动轮转角对牵引系统行走速度的影响。研究结果表明:由两个串联封堵器组成的应急封堵系统可满足复杂工况下的管道泄漏封堵要求;牵引系统驱动轮在弯管内部行走时,单轮速度呈周期性变化,但三个驱动轮整体周期运动特性一致;驱动轮转角在25°~40°时,牵引系统行走速度与驱动轮转角成正比,且转角为30°时驱动效果最好。该内封堵装置的结构设计可为管道泄漏应急封堵领域装备的研发提供重要参考。 相似文献

To optimize the energy levels of the structural framework of isoindigo polymers, a series of asymmetric isoindigo based low bandgap polymers with chlorine, fluorine and thiazole substituents was constructed and their optical, electrochemical and photovoltaic properties were comparatively evaluated for the impact of different substitutions. In comparison with the polymer based on 2,2'‐bithiophene and isoindigo unit (PTi) with non‐substituted bithiophene as the donor moiety, the highest occupied molecular orbital energy level for the newly synthesized polymers is significantly decreased, and in turn an improvement of the open‐circuit voltage (VOC) is noted in the corresponding photovoltaic devices. More importantly, combined with a low bandgap of 1.32 eV, the energy losses (Eloss) could be reduced to 0.61 eV for polymer based on chlorinated 2,2'‐bithiophene and isoindigo unit (PCl). In addition, the halogen moieties are observed to be superior in device fabrication and give better values than the thiazole substituent. Both fluorinated and chlorinated polymer donors exhibited improved performance compared with the original polymer PTi. Consequently, this work not only presents the influence of different electron withdrawing substituents on the physicochemical and photovoltaic performance, but also backs the concept of how to reduce the energy loss via the heteroatom effect. © 2020 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献

以兖州矿区兴隆庄煤矿为例,基于1990-2018年间的遥感影像数据,从供给、调节、支持和文化4个方面对兴隆庄生态系统服务价值进行测算评估,并分析其动态变化度及敏感性。评估结果表明,总生态服务价值表现为先增加后减少,1990-2010年矿区生态系统服务总价值从18841.5万元增加至29034.2万元,主要原因是采煤塌陷导致耕地向塌陷水体转变以及林地面积的增加;2010-2018年生态总价值减少了2484.8万元,主要在于耕地大规模地转变为建设用地以及区域地下水位下降造成的水域面积减小。敏感性分析显示,耕地和水体是平原矿区生态系统服务价值最敏感的因素,耕地的敏感性指数由1990年的0.79降为2018年的0.28,说明其在生态服务价值中的影响逐年降低。 相似文献

Flame retardant expandable polystyrene (EPS) foams were prepared by coating method. Red phosphorus (RP) and expandable graphite (EG) were chosen as the flame retardants to be coated on the surface of expanded PS beads. By the presence of 33 phr RP/EG with a mass ratio of 1:1, the limiting oxygen index of EPS foam could reach up to 26.9%, with V-0 rating obtained in UL-94 test. The peak heat release rate could also decrease to 180.67 kW/m2, which was 72.9% lower than that of neat EPS sample. Thermogravimetric analysis revealed an obvious increase of thermal stability and residue char amount by the presence of RP and EG. From the observation and analysis of char residue, it could be proposed that there existed a significant synergistic effect between RP and EG. RP could be oxidized and further react with graphite by the presence of oxygen at high temperature, forming isolated char layer and releasing nonflammable gases. Moreover, P radicals were generated at high temperature and could capture the radicals formed during the combustion of polystyrene and eliminate the burning chain reactions. 相似文献
